Refund & Cancellations Policy

At WordifyMe, we strive to provide excellent service to our customers. We understand that sometimes situations may arise that necessitate refunds or cancellations. Please review our refund and cancellation policy outlined below:

  1. Refund Policy:

    • Refunds will be granted under the following circumstances:

      • The request for a refund is made within 8 days from the date of enrollment in the course.

      • The course material has not been accessed or downloaded.

      • The customer provides proof of purchase, such as an enrollment confirmation or receipt.

    • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

    • Once the refund is processed, access to the course material will be revoked.

  2. Cancellation Policy:

    • Customers may cancel their enrollment in a course subject to the following conditions:

      • Cancellation requests must be submitted within 2 days from the time of enrollment.

      • If any portion of the course has been accessed or completed, the customer may not be eligible for a full refund.

      • Cancellation requests should be made through our online platform or by contacting our customer service team directly.

    • Upon cancellation, access to the course material will be revoked.

  3. Exceptions:

    • In cases where a customer encounters technical difficulties accessing the course material or experiences issues with the content, we will make every effort to resolve the issue satisfactorily before considering a refund.

    • If a course is discontinued or significantly modified after a customer has enrolled, they may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the circumstances.
